Refund Eligibility (Special Cases)


While all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable, exceptions may apply under the following circumstances:


Missing in Transit: If your order is missing during transit.

Incorrect Item: In the event you receive an item different from what you ordered.

Damaged Product: Products damaged upon receipt are subject to the return procedure for defective items.

To ensure a successful return, please ensure that the item meets the following criteria:


The product remains unused.

It is in a resellable condition.

The original packaging is intact.

Return Procedure


Initiate your return request by contacting us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.


Once we receive the returned products and confirm they meet the necessary conditions, the refund will be processed and credited back to your account within 7 business days, depending on the original payment method.


Please note that our general policy is all sales are final, and we do not entertain cancellations or returns unless the specified conditions mentioned above are met.
